You log in to FBS through the Personal Area on the FBS website using your registered email and password, then open MT4, MT5 or the FBS Trader app with your trading-account number and platform password. Two-factor authentication can be enabled for extra security.

How to log in to FBS

  1. Go to the FBS Personal Area sign-in page from any browser or the FBS Trader app.
  2. Enter the email address and password used when you registered.
  3. Confirm two-factor authentication (2FA) if it's switched on for your account.
  4. From the cabinet, open your MT4/MT5 trading account or the FBS Trader app with the separate trading-account number and platform password.

Security & password reset

Locked out? Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page to reset it by email — this is separate from your MT4/MT5 platform password, which resets from inside the Personal Area. Enabling 2FA is recommended for anyone logging in from a shared or public device.
